Jordan combines the best of both worlds
once again with the Jordan Melo 5.5 shoe.
The synthertic leather upper features a
unique eye stay system that provides a variable
lock-down performance fit. Perforations
in the upper offer added breathability,
while the reflective tongue speaks to the
heritage of the shoe. A visible heel Air-Sole
unit combined with a phylon midsole that
extends up to the heel offers added support
to the ankle. An internal shank plate creates
support and torsional ridgity in the nidfoot
area. A modified circular herringbone pattern
on the outsole offers multi-directional
traction, along with a dual level herringbone
traction pattern. A combination of solid
and translucent "sticky" rubber
is strategically placed to offer maximum
traction.

again with the Jordan Melo 5.5 basketball
shoe for Carmelo Anthony. The Jordan Melo
5.5 basketball shoe has a full-grain leather
upper with a unique eyestay system that
provides variable lock-down performance
fit. Perforations in the upper offer added
breathability, while the reflective tongue
speaks to the heritage of the shoe. Visible
heel Air-Sole® unit and encapsulated
forefoot Air-Sole® unit combine with
a fabric-wrapped Phylon™ midsole that
extends up the heel for added support. Internal
shank plate creates support and torsional
rigidity in the midfoot area. Solid and
